If I had taken the time to read the reviews, I would not be here now telling you about my experience. So take notice. They quote you a price that doubles. You call to speak to somebody in the office and you can’t reach anyone. You agree on a delivery date but when I get there they never showed up or called. I tried to reach the office again and cannot reach anyone. I finally got a number of the so call dispatcher from my phone (when they loaded the truck) and informs me that the truck broke down and he don’t know when it will be fixed. I left the state only to be called three days later saying my delivery was on its way and it should be there within the next five hours and I had to give them an additional $2200 cash, because they had to transfer my items to a smaller truck since the semi would not fit into the storage facility. I wasn’t given the option and it looks like the same hertz truck that it was loaded onto. Now I had to scramble, got a flight and was then told there would be surcharge for every hour they waited for me. Ended up wiring money and having someone meet them there. When I finally reached, the boxes were piled 6′ high, smashed, my couch was wet, alcohol missing and damaged furniture. And they demanded a tip!
